This policy explains how OPARKO A/S ("OPARKO", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal data, and the terms that apply when you buy parking or other services through OPARKO. It is a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication.
1. Data controller

2. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you use our services, we may process: vehicle registration numbers, name and contact details, parking session and permit data, payment and transaction data, and technical data such as IP address and device information when you visit our website.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process personal data to deliver and administer parking services, handle payments, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations and improve our services. The legal basis is typically performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, legal obligation, or your consent — depending on the specific processing.
4. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences and measure usage. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Change cookie settings" link in the footer. The full list of cookies in use is shown below.
5. Sharing and data processors
We share personal data only where necessary — for example with payment providers, hosting and IT suppliers, and public authorities where required by law. Our suppliers act as data processors under written agreements that restrict their use of the data to our instructions.

Personal data is stored within the EU/EEA and retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law — for example accounting records that must be kept under the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

8. Prices and payment
Prices are shown including VAT where applicable. Payment is handled through our payment provider using common payment methods. You receive a receipt by email or on screen once payment is completed.
9. Delivery and right of withdrawal
Digital parking services are delivered immediately. By completing a purchase you accept that delivery begins at once, and the statutory right of withdrawal therefore does not apply once the parking service has been used.
